Frequently Asked Questions

Is a Deposit Necessary to Reserve?

Yes, we require a $50.00 deposit for a jumper and a $100.00 deposit for packages. Our deposits a non-refundable but can be used towards a future rental.

Inclement Weather Policy?

If inclement weather (rain, heavy winds, low temperatures) occur on the date of your event and you cancel our services prior to delivery your deposit will be refunded.

Once delivery has been made, regardless of inclement weather, full payment will be expected.

Electrical Requirements?

Customer is responsible for providing electrical outlets. Each inflatable unit requires one (20 amp circuit) Fun-Masters does offer rental of generators for customers ordering multiple inflatables.

Surface type

Gymnasiums?

Yes, provided the ceiling height is tall enough for the inflatable unit you have ordered. Most gymnasiums are between 25’ to 30’ tall and can handle all of the inflatables that we have in our inventory. However, If your gymnasium is 18’ to 20’ tall some of our slides and rock walls will not fit…

Concrete/Asphalt?

Yes, however a grass surface offers the safest play area for children to enter and exit the inflatables. Setting up on Concrete/Asphalt will require additional pre-cautions for anchoring the units via sandbags etc…

Grass?

Yes, this is the most preferred surface type to set up on Gravel, sand, dirt, hills etc… (are not safe surfaces)

Inspected/Insured?

Yes, we are certified and authorized to operate amusement rides in the state of Kentucky and Indiana. We do carry a 1,000,000 liability insurance policy.

Supervision?

Depending on your budget we have packages where we provide the fun technician.
